The obvious but often overlooked truth about any service organization is that the company is only as good as the people delivering its services. A company can have the best tools, the best products, the best systems, but ultimately it's the people working the processes who determine the final quality of service.
At Service Depot, to be considered for the position of "Green Carpet Cleaning Technician," a candidate must have a minimum two (2) years general carpet cleaning experience. They must pass a drug test; have a clean criminal background and good driving record.
Initial training lasts 80 hours and each year thereafter technicians receive a minimum of 40 hours advanced training and education. Only a select few of the best, qualify to go to attend Service Depot University and outside training for Green Cleaning.
