Tile cleaning in concept is not very different from cleaning carpet.

A cleaning product is first applied to dissolves grease, soil, tar and other foreign material.  If the grout is extremely dirty, you may want to scrub or agitate the grout with a special brush.  This removes the stubborn spots.

The product also suspends the dirt for removal with a specialized tile cleaning wand (see picture above - left column).  The wand has several nozzles that spray hot pressurized water from a truck mounted unit.  The water is removed through a hose attached to the wand leaving your tile clean and dry.
