Service Depot is a multi-city carpet cleaning and restoration company that was founded in 1998 as a business-to-business service provider. We service apartment communities and property managers who will continue to order if we deliver on our promises. So the spirit of this job is to "keep the customer."

When their leases expire, property managers call us to clean the carpet and perform other services.  Your primary job is to schedule the work that comes in via the telephone, fax, email, text, or chat, and enter the information in our scheduling software.  You also handle all other inbound calls as our telephone operator.

The ideal candidate must take full ownership of this function and should be:

The entire company relies on this person being at work M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.  We don't have a backup person and this function is the hub of our business.  If the phones don't get answered, we don't work! No work => no money => ticked-off spouses... "Houston, we've got a problem"

This is an hourly position that is budgeted at $11.00 per hour.
