Service Depot is a multi-city carpet cleaning and restoration company founded in 1998 as a B2B service provider.
This is an Austin based position that requires someone who is able, and not afraid to "get their hands dirty" - a leader by example. The successful candidate will supervise our sales personnel. But recruiting, hiring/firing, hands-on training, motivating and managing personnel are only part of the challenge. We service apartment communities and property managers who will keep ordering if we deliver on our promises. So the spirit of this job is to "get and keep the customer."
You will be working hand-in-hand with our operations manager - his job is to help you "keep customers." He also likes to have fun at work. Together you are tasked with growing our customer base.
We pay for performance. That's why we pay a base of $30K which includes transportation, phone and other expenses. We also offer plenty of incentives so you have the potential to make considerably more. As a stakeholder in your success, we want and expect to pay much-much more.
