Large sections of Central Texas including Austin and San Antonio are in the Edwards Aquifer recharge zone. There is a high probability that your (or someone you know) family's drinking water comes from underground sources. That is why we dispose of our wastewater so that it can be treated and purified before it is returned to the environment.
Why go through all that trouble when Service Depot only uses safe cleaning products and fresh water? Whenever you enter your home from a typical outdoor activity, you bring with you all sorts of pollutants. Airborne pollutants are carried on your body and clothing. Your shoes carry in heavy metals, toxic materials, oil, tar, etc. Many of these pollutants accumulate in the fibers of your carpet. When we clean your carpet, these pollutants are flushed out of your carpet and captured in a large sealed holding tank in our vehicle for proper disposal when we complete our work.
