History
Mike Praytor and his wife Cheryl founded the company in 1998 operating out the garage in a leased home in North Austin. In 2003 they were joined by Fred Terlaak and the company was renamed Service Depot.
Today
Since its start, the company has grown to five operations in three cities headed by three owners in addition to the founders. The services offered all revolve around cleaning and restoration.
Future
The company is poised to expand in two ways. Geographically - by opening operations in new cities across the U.S. and by adding synergistic services to existing operations.
We currently offer carpet cleaning services to single- and multi-family property managers; we also offer residential cleaning; water, mold and fire restoration and tile and duct cleaning in several locations.
We have conducted limited trials in multi-family maid and "make-ready" services and we envision similar possibilities for new offerings to our existing client base.
